Annual Exceedences

The National Environment Protection Measure (NEPM) sets maximum goals or standards for each pollutant type, except for visibility which is set by OEH. When these goals are exceeded, they are recorded. The graph for each region shows the number of days per year that each of the pollutants exceeded the goals and standards.
