Meroo National Park

In accordance with the Meroo National Park Management Plan changes have been made to camping arrangements within the park. 

• Camping is no longer permitted at Stokes Island due to unsustainable damage to coastal habitat. This area is being converted to a day use area.
• Camping at Sunburnt Beach has been changed to walk-in camping only. A new campers car park is located 50-100m  from the camping area. No facilities are provided.
• Camping at Termeil Point has been reduced in area and is now restricted to 11 delineated sites.  Toilet facilities are now available at this location.
