Byron Airwaves Hang Gliding School
Introductory hang gliding tandem flights are available over the Cape Byron Headland Reserve and National Park and Lennox Headland Reserve. No experience is necessary to participate in a tandem flight with your accredited Chief Flight Instructor. All landings are on beautiful Tallow Beach below the Tallow Ridge launch point. Transport to and from town can be arranged for you.

Rusty Miller Personalised Surfing Instruction
Rusty Miller moved to Byron Bay in the early 70's and began teaching learn-to-surfers in Byron Bay in 1973. As Surfing Champion of the United States in 1965, Rusty brings a wealth of experience and specialises in a very personalised learn to surf session.

Seabreeze Hang Gliding
Experience the pure magic of soaring like a bird on the gentle sea breeze with our tandem introductory flights. Our fully qualified instructors will fly you high above the coastal cliffs, with eagles sharing the air and dolphins surfing in the waves below.
We fly daily at Cape Byron, weather permitting. If you wish to learn, you can safely take the controls under the guidance of your instructor. We run the full range of courses: from solo and beyond or you can just do it for that one unforgettable time!
