Property Services Unit
The Property Services Unit manages the leasing and commercial business arrangements of Kosciuszko National Park Ski Resorts.
The unit is responsible for the management of existing leases and licences along with all enquires concerning new leases and licensing opportunities within the alpine resorts area. Applications for new leases and licences are assessed against compliance requirements of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 and the 2006 Plan of Management for Kosciuszko National Park.
The unit provides advice to lessees and licensees on the requirements and conditions of their leases or licences and monitors and follows up on lease and licence compliance issues and accounts receivables.
Torrens title conversion lease plans and certificates of title of leases can now be viewed and purchased by the general public for a small fee at Land and Property Information.
