Compliance notices
Have you been issued with a compliance notice?
Daily vehicle entry fees are charged at a small number of NSW parks and reserves (see a list of parks where entry fees are charged). You may be issued with a compliance notice if you visit one of these parks without displaying your vehicle entry fee payment or a relevant annual pass.
If you have been issued with a compliance notice it must be paid within 14 days. Payment options will be explained on the compliance notice.
Online payment of compliance notices
In the following parks, compliance notices can now be paid online via credit card:
How to pay online: Visit our secure payment processing facility to pay online using your credit card. Online payments are processed through the secure NSW government shop website.
Don't pay your compliance notice - buy an annual pass instead!
If you are issued with a compliance notice, you can avoid paying it by purchasing a NSW National Parks annual pass. Purchase of the annual pass will acquit the compliance notice and allow you unlimited park visits for 12 months. The following conditions apply:
You must buy the annual pass within 7 days of the compliance notice being issued.
You must contact the NPWS office that issued you with the compliance notice. You will need to provide them with the proof of purchase of your annual pass, together with the corresponding compliance notice number.
