Beachwatch State of the Beaches

Beachwatch publishes the annual State of the Beaches report at the start of the summer swimming season in October each year.

This report summarises Beachwatch activities over the previous year and includes a summary of water quality at a total of 259 swimming locations along the New South Wales coast which were monitored during 2010-2011 under three programs: Beachwatch, Harbourwatch and the Beachwatch Partnership Program.

A summary of key findings in html format with full pdf downloads of each chapter are available for reports between 1999-2000 and 2005-2006.
