Biodiversity Certification Operational Manual

The Biodiversity Certification Operational Manual provides guidance on the process of biodiversity certification. Biodiversity certification removes the need for a species impact statement or the concurrence of the Chief Executive of the Office of Environment and Heritage for development that would otherwise be likely to significantly affect threatened species.
