A series of maps showing the Priority Areas for Investment in native vegetation management by mapped terrestrial ecosystems are available as pdf files:

Maps available as GIS data layers
GIS data layers for NSW Priority Areas for Investment are also available. Please note that you will need appropriate GIS software and Internet Explorer v7 or later to view these data layers.
Step 1: http://mapdata.environment.nsw.gov.au/DDWA/
Step 2: When the page is loaded, please search using the keywords 'nsw biodiversity strategy' and select the radio button 'Exact' as shown in the image below:

Step 3: By clicking the down arrow next to the found data, the option to download data or view Metadata will be presented.
Step 4: Please note that when downloading data the user will be prompted to setup a login and password - this is necessary for end user licensing.
