Stakeholders involved in implementing the bitou bush threat abatement plan

Many stakeholders are involved in the implementation of the bitou bush threat abatement plan along the coast of New South Wales. These include stakeholders involved in:

  • coordination
  • funding
  • on-ground control - approximately 25 agencies are committed to implementing the TAP across over 90 sites.
  • endorsement - of the TAP approach

The threat abatement plan is coordinated by the NSW Department of Environment, Climate Change and Water (DECCW) in conjunction with the NSW Land and Property Management Authority (formerly the NSW Department of Lands).
