About us

Doing business with us

We offer a range of commercial opportunities for businesses to work with us. Many of our beautiful parks, gardens and reserves also offer possibilities for commercial activities that are compatible with the protection of natural and cultural heritage. These include concessions allowing a range of activities, including commercial filming and photography.

On 1 July 2019, the Office or Environment and Heritage (OEH) became the Environment, Energy and science Group of the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment.

All purchasing, contracting and commercial partnership activities continue to be carried out in accordance with the principles and practices outlined in our statement of business ethics.

We continually assess and improve our environmental performance and we encourage businesses working with us to do the same.

Supplier information

We buy many of our major goods and services from the private sector by advertising through an open tendering process and this has not changed. Visit the NSW Government eTendering website.

Suppliers of goods and services should check the GST information page for ATO requirements and the small business page for new invoicing information.
