Premises open for tender in national parks

From time to time, the Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH) offers premises within NSW national parks for lease by expression of interest. During 2017, there have been a number of hospitality and tourism properties made available for lease via tender on the NSW Government eTender website.

The following opportunity is currently open for tender, with more information available on the eTender website.

The Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH) is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from a suitably qualified operator/s to manage as holiday accommodation two historic heritage lighthouse property precincts. These consist of multiple cottages, ancillary buildings and surrounding lands at Sugarloaf Point and Smoky Cape. A five-year lease with a five-year option is being offered.
