Premises open for tender in national parks

From time to time, the Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH) offers premises within NSW national parks for lease by expression of interest. During 2016, there have been a number of hospitality and tourism properties made available for lease via tender on the NSW Government eTender website.

Hill End General Store

Hill End General Store (Tender 548) is currently operated as a café and general store and is offered for lease for 5–10 years. OEH is seeking a sustainable and viable business to provide high-quality experiences to visitors to the Hill End Historic Site and is prepared to consider proposals for alternative uses. Expressions of interest must be lodged via the NSW eTender website and close at 10am on 28 February 2017.

Roto House has most recently been operated as a kiosk at the Roto House Historic Site at Port Macquarie and is available for lease for up to 5 years.

Jenkins Hall

Jenkins Hall

Jenkins Hall was refurbished in 2007 to provide spaces for potential commercial café operations, conferences and functions, with various combinations available, and is offered for lease for 5-10 years. Situated in Lane Cove National Park, the available internal space is approximately 113.8 square metres and the building also accommodates a National Parks and Wildlife Service area office. This use will continue and these areas of the premises do not form part of this offer.
