To report pollution and other environmental incidents, smoky and noisy vehicles, and littering from vehicles, or get environment information and publications, phone 131 555 for the cost of a local call from a NSW landline. Mobile calls to 131 555 are charged at mobile rates. Except for some state border areas, calls originating from outside NSW are excluded - phone (02) 9995 5555 instead.
For national parks information, annual passes, sustainability enquiries (including energy and water savings programs and rebates for households and businesses) and publication requests, phone 1300 361 967 for the cost of a local call from a landline in NSW and from some state border areas. Interstate and mobile calls are charged at standard call rates.
