Abstract

The Spotted-tailed Quoll is listed as threatened under both the Commonwealth Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 and the NSW Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995. A draft national recovery plan for the Spotted-tailed Quoll is currently being prepared. In NSW, the Threatened Species Priorities Action Statement lists recovery actions for all threatened species. 33 recovery actions are listed for the Spotted-tailed Quoll. These actions focus on addressing current knowledge gaps and managing the threats to quoll populations as identified through scientific research.
