CBD Energy Limited 
Small-Medium Enterprise Energy Management Project
Funding: $384,744

Capacitor Technologies Pty Ltd has targeted Small-Medium Enterprises for potential power factor correction (PFC) equipment to reduce the demand load imposed upon the network infrastructure. Working in collaboration with Integral Energy, this project identified enterprises in Western Sydney and included a subsidy to ensure the PFC installation is financially attractive.  This project is reducing peak demand by 4,053 kW.

Electrolux Home Products Pty Limited
Power Factor Correction
Funding: $32,404

Power factor correction equipment has been installed at the Electrolux production plant in Orange to maximise efficiency and reduce peak demand by 234 kW. The Electrolux factory employs 575 people and produces 300,000 refrigerators a year.

United Collieries Pty Limited
United Collieries Power Factor Correction Initiative: Beyond Compliance
Funding: $27,400

United Collieries Pty Limited has installed power factor correction equipment to improve the efficiency of power use in their operations. By increasing their power factor, United Collieries is reducing peak demand by 1,640 kW.

Visy Paper Pty Ltd
Visy Paper Smithfield Site Power Factor Correction
Funding: $108,500

Visy has installed power factor correction equipment at their Smithfield site to reduce peak power demand. By increasing the power factor, Visy have reduced costs by reducing the power demand on the transmission and distribution networks.  This project is reducing peak demand by 2,500 kW.
