NSW Coat of Arms,Madison Tower, 88 Goulburn Street, Sydney1995

The NSW Coat of Arms on the Madison Tower or John Madison Centre in Goulburn Street, Sydney. The building houses a number of legal offices and courtrooms.

The Madison Tower was built over 1994-95 by Multiplex Constructions for the NSW Attorney General's Department. It was a finalist for the Property Council of Australia's Rider Hunt Award in 1996, and was considered for a Merit Award by the Royal Australian Institute of Architects in 2000. An unusual feature of the building's planning is an intention to demolish it in 2040. The building houses several important judicial functions, including the Compensation Court, the Dust Diseases Tribunal of New South Wales, the Medical Tribunal of New South Wales and the Victim Compensation Tribunal of New South Wales.

The coat of arms was manufactured by Cunneen & Co., sign makers of Granville in western Sydney, of highly polished cast aluminium.
