Statement of significance:

Good variation on the standard Inter-War Bungalow in weatherboard. One of few pre-War homes surviving at Berowra and a good example of its style and period. Local significance.

Physical description: Good weatherboard Bungalow with low pitched iron roof. Gabled at sides. Front gable over deep porch area. Roughcast piers with stub posts. Original casement windows and multi-paned glass doors. Well planted front lawn and low modern fence.
