Statement of significance:

Fine, intact example of a transitional, Federation semi-detached. One of the few well preserved examples in the area. Local significance.

Description

Construction years: 1890-1915
Physical description: Good symmetrical Federation semi. Transitional Victorian/Edwardian style. Excellent tuckpointed dichromatic face brick terra cotta tiled roof. Turned timber verandah posts and iron ties. Of special note are double hung windows, with finials and collar ties. Of special note are double hung windows with multi-coloured original tiling to steps, and original brick palisade fencing. Sympathetic screen door to No. 16.
