Good Edwardian pair with special individual interest. Despite additions and many minor alterations basic integrity is good. Intact examples now becoming rare. Local significance.

Description

Construction years: 1890-1915
Physical description: Good two storey Edwardian pair. Alterations include balcony balustrade to No. 15, security grilles, quarry tiling, car ports and loss of fencing. Otherwise good and quite capable of full reconstruction. Unusual design of special interest. Verandahs feature circular arches on either side of elliptical arches. Supported by thick rounded columns on square piers. Wing walls to verandahs and balconies with parapets to side walls. Tuckpointed face brick with rendered sills. Ball urns to parapet. Roughcast verandah frieze extending down to arches. Turned timber posts to balcony area. Original style doors and casement windows.
