Statement of significance:

Late Federation style flat building with some unusual features. One of Waverley's earlier flat buildings, and the best surviving example from the 1920's. Flat buildings in this style are now relatively rare. Spoiled by enclosures but appears capable of reconstruction. Local significance.

Description

Construction years: 1915-1945
Physical description: Early twentieth century, three storey flat building. Late Federation styling, typical of the 1920's. Brick with limited render for decoration. Symmetrical design. Triple verandah with all shingled balustrade to second and third levels. Central entry feature with gablet above. Simple parapet with rectangular panels. Let down by balcony enclosures but possibly redeemable. Excellent, original brick and pipe fence.
