Statement of significance:

Fine example of a late Victorian terraced pair, in the Italianate style. One of the best surviving in this area. Of special note for its elegant lacework verandah. True to the original and in good condition. Local significance.

Description

Construction years: 1890-1915
Physical description: Terrace style semi-detached. Late Victorian Italianate style. Hipped iron roof. Double cast iron verandah with hipped bullnosed roof. Masonry columns to entries, rising to parapet above. Lacework brackets, balcony balustrade and verandah frieze. Decorative stucco to entries, openings, parapet feature and chimneys. Paired double hung windows set in upper and lower bays. Well planted gardens with tree in front of No. 34. Fence replaced. Recently painted in sympathetic colour scheme.
