Statement of significance:

Fine example of an Inter-War flat building. Of particular note for its unusual light polychrome brickwork. Some excellent decorative brickwork. The whole survives intact and makes an important streetscape contribution. Part of a larger townscape group. Local significance.

Description

Construction years: 1915-1945
Physical description: Three storey flat building. Simple rectangular form. Parapet with hipped tiled roof behind. Light polychrome brickwork. Decorative brickwork to parapet, main entry on Gould Street, and feature above. Windows provide the only other façade articulation.
