Statement of significance:

Good, 1920's style commercial building, essentially intact above awning. One of the few recognisable period facades to survive on Campbell Parade. Streetscape importance on prominent corner. Local significance.

Description

Construction years: 1915-1945
Physical description: Good, 1920's style, commercial building on splay corner. Fully rendered with decorative mouldings and roughcast. Good parapet incorporating three gables. Pilastered columns and moulded cornices. Double hung windows with 9 upper panes. Essentially intact above awning, except for sign. Shopfronts altered.
