Good example of Art Deco residential building, with shopfronts. Light brick example with detailing of special note. Little altered. Local significance.

Description

Construction years: 1915-1945
Physical description: Art Deco style flat building with shopfronts, c. 1940. Two storeys with decorative, stepped brick parapet. Cream brick with vertical lines in darker brick. Rounded central feature of special note. No major alterations. Shopfronts retain original tiles. Suspended steel awning. Large, square, double hung windows above.
