Good 1940's corner building making a major contribution to the townscape on the "Seven Ways" intersection. Local significance.

Description

Construction years: 1915-1945
Physical description: Good, 1940's, corner flat building, with shopfronts to Glenayr Avenue. Two storeys. Decorative light brick. Terra cotta tiled roof. Octagonal corner creates special interest. Suspended steel awning. Shopfronts retain original tiles. No major alterations apparent.
