Statement of significance:

Excellent pair of transitional, Victorian/Federation, terrace style dwellings. Of special note for their intact, face brickwork. Very few other examples survive in the locality (see also No. 32). Both are attractively detailed and essentially intact. Local significance.

Description

Construction years: 1890-1915
Physical description: Good pair of transitional, individually built, terrace style houses. Stepped down slope. Hardly altered. Exposed brick except for rendered and decoratively moulded parapets. Also of note is original lacework, windows and palisade fencing. Styling very similar to that of No. 32 (see separate form).
