Outstanding local example of a turn-of-the-century house. Attractively detailed and beautifully maintained. Local significance.

Description

Construction years: 1890-1915
Physical description: Federation house in immaculate condition, probably c. 1900. Dichromatic tuckpointed brick with all brick gable (unusual for this period). Terra cotta tiled roof with outstanding chimneys in moulded and roughcast render. Hipped verandah roof continuous with main roof. Turned timber posts with fretted brackets and spindle valance. Paired, double hung windows with moulded sills. Good door, possibly a replacement, with skylight. Stained timber picket fence. Unobtrusive parking space in front.
