Good example of 1940's residential/commercial building. Streetscape value on an important corner site. Local significance.

Description

Construction years: 1915-1945
Physical description: Good, 1940's style, residential building with shopfronts. Almost intact above awning, but shopfronts altered. Attractive textured brick with dark brick and terra cotta pieces used for decoration. Tiled roof with parapet features on corners. Timber framed windows with small, leadlight, upper panes. Carved eaves brackets.
