Building primarily of note for its original shopfronts, particularly the outstanding Art Nouveau tiling. Local significance.

Description

Construction years: 1915-1945
Physical description: Two storey, 1920's style flat building with ground floor shops. Corner location. Now fully rendered. Simple parapet with recessed panels and moulded cornices. Double hung windows above suspended steel awning. Glazed Art Nouveau tiles in excellent condition, unifying shopfronts. Tiling has detailed finish with moulded header course and floral inset panels. Shop entry on corner splay.
