Statement of significance:

Group of three impressive Late Victorian villas. Despite alterations each appears capable of satisfactory reconstruction. Some of the grandest surviving villas of the period in the municipality. Group also has considerable streetscape potential. Local significance.

Description

Construction years: 1890-1890
Physical description: Row of three, freestanding, Late Victorian villas. All have suffered unsympathetic additions or alterations, but each appears capable of reconstruction. Nos. 87 and 89 retain their original palisade fences. All obscured from the street by dense planting but outstanding stucco parapets visible above the line of trees.
