Statement of significance:

Good example of the Late Victorian Italianate style. Some detail lost, but otherwise sympathetically reconstructed. Local significance.

Construction years: 1890-1890
Physical description: Good, two storey, Late Victorian villa, c. 1890. Recently reconstructed. Italianate style with tower over entry and verandah/balcony beside. Bullnosed balcony roof. Main roof slate. Timber decoration to gablet, which tops tower, of special note. Excellent stucco mouldings. All verandah and balcony decoration lost. New aluminium windows are not unsympathetic. Original palisade fence. Also has original verandah and path tiling.

Historical notes: First appears in Sands Directory in 1890, known as "Dudleyville".
