Unusual example of an Inter-War flat building, with many individual features of interest. Essentially intact.

Description

Construction years: 1915-1945
Physical description: Unusual, two storey flat building on corner site. 1930's style. Tiled roof with parapets to corners and side elevations. Decorative mouldings of special interest for this period. Good shingled hood to portico with barley twist columns. Little altered.
