Statement of significance:

Although somewhat altered this would be one of the oldest surviving houses in this area. As a freestanding terrace type it would have been the exception locally, even then. Capable of more authentic reconstruction. Local significance.

Description

Construction years: 1890-1915
Physical description: Freestanding Late Victorian style terrace, probably 1890's. Possibly face brick originally, now painted. Lower windows retain barley twist mouldings and moulded sills. Other façade detail altered or replaced. Lacework does not look original. Now has hipped balcony roof in terra cotta tiles, almost certainly an alteration. Parapet behind. Fence is recent.
