Intact Federation style semi. A rare survivor in this area. Probably also one of the earliest in the area. Local significance.

Description

Construction years: 1915-1945
Physical description: Good, Late Federation semi, c. 1918. Little altered. Symmetrical style. Face brick with stone foundation. Pyramidal, tiled roof extending down over verandah. Central gablet over entries. Timber verandah posts with decorative brackets. Brick and roughcast balustrade. Triple casement windows with small coloured panes. Original style brick and pipe fence.
