Description

Construction years: 1890-1915
Physical description: Federation rows of attached houses and semi-detached. Integrity lost due to painting of bricks on many dwellings and numerous minor alterations. Most in Gothic style with some very good examples of Anglo-Dutch (including Nos. 21-23). Roof forms and palisade fencing generally unaltered, resulting in continuing streetscape interest. Two basic designs. One of these is also used at Nos. 2-36 St James Road, suggesting a common builder.
Current use: Dwelling houses
Former use: Dwelling houses
