Statement of significance:

Good example of a later Bungalow style, asymmetrical type semi-detached. One of three good, matching examples in this street (see also Nos. 6-8 and 10-12). Local significance.

Description

Construction years: 1915-1945
Physical description: Good, asymmetrical, Bungalow style semi, c. 1940. Liver brick. Tiled roof. All hipped except for single, large, front facing gable over porch area to one side. Low pitched, hipped roof to other half of semi. All supported by solid, decorative brick piers. Original doors and casement leadlight windows. Tiled porches. Minor altrerations only, including painting of brick fence and carport to No. 20.
