Good example of early twentieth century semi-detached. Essentially intact. Local significance.

Description

Construction years: 1890-1915
Physical description: Good, symmetrical, Federation style semi, c. 1910. Original slate roof with terra cotta ridge capping. Decorative roughcast gables. Dichromatic tuckpointed brick. Simple timber verandahs with low brick piers. Original double hung windows and verandah tiles to No. 24. Windows to No. 22 reglazed and verandah retiled. No. 22 also has modern wrought iron fence. No. 24 has original picket fence.
