Statement of significance:

Good, intact example of an Inter-War, Modern/Functionalist style flat building. Especially notable for its fine decorative brickwork. Local significance.

Description

Construction years: 1915-1945
Physical description: Good two storey flat building c. 1940. Symmetrical design. Good decorative brickwork using two light brick colours. Rounded corners indicate International/Functionalist influence. Low pitched, hipped, tile roof, largely hidden by central parapet. Central recess, with entry, and feature leadlight window above. Garages to basement level, with timber doors. Timber windows to front with metal frame windows on rounded corners.
