Statement of significance:

Fine example of the Federation style. One of the best surviving on the special subdivision associated with the creation of Centennial Park. Essentially unaltered. Local significance.

Description

Construction years: 1890-1915
Physical description: Good symmetrical style Federation house, c. 1905. Gambrelled terra cotta tiled roof. Dichromatic tuckpointed brick with some excellent mouldings for decoration. Outstanding feature is central entry. Arched, with decorative timber and roughcast gablet above. Good spindle valence to verandah. Fence probably later but sympathetic. Faces onto Centennial Park opposite.
