Statement of significance:

Particularly good example of a standard form Federation house. Of special interest as a two storey example with an all brick double verandah. One of the more intact houses built on the subdivision arising out of the creation of Centennial Park. Local significance.

Description

Construction years: 1890-1915
Physical description: Good turn-of-the-century two storey Federation house. Well maintained and little altered. Standard asymmetrical form. Slate roof. Tuckpointed face brick, with excellent smooth, moulded and pebbledash render for decoration. Dentillated cornice between storeys. Arched verandah of special note, with matching scalloped balustrade to balcony above. Windows original but probably reglazed. Half-timbered and pebbledash gable. Fully rendered rectangular bay below. Excellent fence with wrought iron infill.
