Statement of significance:

Group of three matching Victorian houses. Good local examples of the Late Victorian terrace type, now rare in this area. Typical of the Italianate "Boom Style". Little altered apart from unfortunate balcony enclosures. Of special note for the substantial, intact, cast iron and masonry fences. Local significance.

Construction years: 1851-1890
Physical description: Three, freestanding, Late Victorian, terrace type houses. Matching designs in the Boom Style. Highly decorative cast iron lace and stucco. Original fencing of special note. Palisade type with masonry piers and rounded plinth. Masonry front dividing walls also of note. Northern garden with characteristic frangipani tree. There is also an original timber picket fence extending to the corner of Leichhardt Street. Balconies to Nos. 327 & 331 enclosed. Terra cotta roof tiles, probably slate or cast iron originally.
