Statement of significance:

Line of road laid out as tramline by Francis O'Brien, of the Homestead, Bondi, to service his quarry at Murriverie Rocks. This same tramline seems to have been used for the same purpose by Underwood of Paddington. It is possible that some remains of the tramline might be still under the road and there is some archaeological potential.
