Statement of significance:

Good local example of an early twentieth century, transitional style, Federation Bungalow. A rare local survivor of the period, for the beach area. Local significance.

Description

Construction years: 1915-1945
Physical description: Good, transitional, 1920's style Federation Bungalow. Shingled, Bungalow style gables. Larger gable also features half-timbering and louvred vent. Terra cotta tiled window hood and verandah roof appear original. Large rectangular bay below hood. All glass with small, coloured, upper panes. All timber verandah with chamfered posts and arched valence. Original tessellated tiles to verandah. Tuckpointed brick partly weathered. Fence replaced. Needs maintenance, but essentially sound.
