Draft environmental guidelines: Publication of monitoring data

The Environment Protection Authority is inviting written comments and submissions on these draft guidelines which set out the requirements for holders of environment protection licences to publish pollution monitoring data. They aim to provide guidance on how to present monitoring data in a meaningful way while minimising the requirements for licensees to comply with this obligation under section 66(6) of the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997.
