Fixed penalty handbooks
The State Debt Recovery Office is part of The NSW Office of State Revenue, under NSW Treasury and is the government agency responsible for collection of fines. To download the latest penalty handbooks, follow the instructions below:
Login, using the username and password supplied to you by the SDRO
Click on "Download Fixed Penalty Handbooks"
Click on relevant handbook and download.
