A summer of Discovery

The National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) is holding a series of Discovery Tours these summer holidays in parks across the Far South Coast.

Hobart Beach, Bournda National Park

NPWS Discovery Coordinator, Barbara Allgaier said Discovery is a great way to learn about nature's secrets in a fun and educational way.

"These guided tours really have something for everyone, young and old are invited to explore the region's lagoons and wetlands, historic sites and even follow the lesser known Postman's Track," said Ms Allgaier.

"Summer really is a great time to get back into our local national parks and explore a different side to them with one of our passionate and knowledgeable tour guides."
