Licensees must submit a quarterly trip return report every calendar quarter including details of number of clients for that period and per head activity fees due. Each quarterly trip return report is to be accompanied by the applicable quarterly use payment for that quarter.
Licensees will not have to pay the park entrance fee on entry to a park, with the exception of Kosciuszko National Park where the IPART winter surcharge may apply. You will, however, have to pay the scheduled fee for all other NPWS fee-based services including camping, car parking, entry to museums and Discovery programs.
If you offer and have charged a client the concession rate for a licensed activity, you may claim the concession rate in your quarterly trip return report for that client. The Licensing Coordinator may request supporting documentation in relation to concession rate claims.
