NSW Agriculture research team
has research, extension and education centres around NSW specialising in a variety of weed related topics.
The
Weed Society of NSW
has frequent workshops, seminars and field days on aspects of weed biology, ecology and control as well as environmental issues. Members also receive a quarterly newsletter.
The
NSW Biodiversity Research Network
encourages communication and cooperation among government, private and community organisations, and individuals conducting or using research on biodiversity in NSW.
Current weed research projects at the
Queensland Natural Resources and Mines
research stations include woody weedy control methods and ecological weed research.
Plant Protection Quarterly
is an Australian journal covering all aspects of the protection of economic plants from weeds, pests and diseases.
