Applicants seeking to be accredited as a CRE will need to complete the form Application for Accreditation - Consulting Radiation Expert (CREappln.pdf, 104 kb)
Applicants who can demonstrate that they meet the necessary criteria and have provided all required documentation and the application fee will usually have their application approved within seven working days.
Renewal of accreditation
As of 1 July 2003 all CRE accreditations are required to be renewed annually.
