Certificate of Compliance

Ordering Books of Certificate of Compliance: Consulting Radiation Experts (CREs) accredited, under the Radiation Control Act 1990, to assess radiation apparatus for the purpose of certifying compliance with the requirements for registration must only use certificates of compliance approved by DECCW for reporting compliance.  Approved certificates are available for purchase from DECCW but only by appropriately accredited CREs. A booklet of 50 numbered, duplicate certificates costs $12.00. To order a booklet of certificates, CREs should print and complete the order form and send to DECCW, Hazardous Materials and Radiation Section at the above address.
