Accreditation to undertake threatened species and biodiversity assessments - a discussion paper

This discussion paper proposes an accreditation scheme for professionals involved in threatened species and biodiversity assessments.

The aim of the accreditation scheme is to raise the overall standard of threatened species and biodiversity surveys and assessments. This will benefit environmental professionals and their clients, and will ensure that environmental impacts are appropriately assessed.

The discussion paper was on public exhibition from 10 December 2004 to 18 February 2005.
